Cutomers can take thier turns by issuing a virtual ticket or paper ticket or schedule an appointment on the mobile. They can do it by themselves or can be assisted by the concierge on site

Customers will be treated to engaging contents from adverts, promotions of your prodcuts and services and even currents news  and especially their queue status on the displays provided at the siting areas. 

How will customer know when it is their turn?
